From custom pillows to striped awnings and lush flower baskets, every detail was crafted to tell a story.The centerpiece was the iconic Pelican Hill rotunda, transformed into a 360-degree bar framed by cascading florals, while a hidden lounge guarded by Neptune himself offered a seaside escape.
